Rapid-Racing Terms and Conditions

1. General
a) These terms and conditions shall apply to any order accepted by Rapid Racing.
b) Any order accepted by Rapid Racing is in all cases subject to the availability of the good(s) ordered and any agreed dates for the delivery of such good(s) shall be made in good faith but shall not be deemed to be of the essence of the contract.
c) We reserve the right to alter price's on this web site without prior notice, Due to the exchange rates and our suppliers agreements.

2. Product Information
Any product descriptions and advice provided by us as part of our sales service is as accurate as possible. In all instances it is the responsibility of the purchaser to assure himself that the parts supplied are suitable and CORRECT for the application involved.

3. Damage or Loss
The customer must inform Rapid Racing in writing within five days of the date of delivery of any good damaged or lost in transit or otherwise and no claim for damaged or lost good can be made by a customer against Rapid Racing if such notification has not been made within the time aforementioned.

4. Force Majeure
We cannot be held responsible for contingencies beyond our control such as strikes, lockouts, shipping delays, fire, war etc. All confirmed orders may be partially or wholly suspended without liability on our part. In such an event the purchaser will have no claim against us for loss or damage either direct or consequential which may result.

5. Returned Goods
a) Rapid Racing shall not be obliged to accept the return of any good(s) ordered by a customer.
b) All orders that have been correctly supplied and returned as incorrectly ordered by the customer or no longer required shall be subject to a 25% minimum handling charge.
c) Goods ordered incorrectly by the customer must be returned, carriage paid, with the appropriate paperwork, for inspection by Rapid Racing or the manufacturer.

6. Guarantee
All products are supplied and guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer specifications. Should it be proved and admitted by the manufacturer to be defective due to MATERIAL or STRUCTURAL defect, then the goods will be replaced FREE of CHARGE or credited in full at our discretion.

7. Legal Statement
Rapid Racing reserves the right to make changes and updates to any information contained on the website without prior notice. All goods sold will remain the propery of Rapid Racing until paid in full.
Should parts/goods not be paid for within 30 days Rapid Racing will seek Legal action.

Rapid Racing disclaims all endorsements, warranties, or representations, express or implied, with regard to the information accessed from, or via, this web site or the Internet, or Rapid Racing services including, but not limited to, all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Rapid Racing does not assume any legal liability or responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information, product or service disclosed on the server or other material accessible from the server.

In no event shall Rapid Racing be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the information on this web site, or through Rapid Racing services, or the Internet generally.
